The Director, Market Access Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing US reimbursement and payer access strategies, translating clinical/economic evidence into coverage impact, and leading cross-functional, payer-focused marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute US Payer, Access & Reimbursement marketing strategy across the Sarepta portfolio (PMO franchise, gene therapies, SiRNA pipeline) using multi-channel tactics (print/digital, scientific congress programming, field pull-through).
- Build payer value propositions and messaging platform; create payer-ready materials (formulary dossier support, budget impact briefs, visual aids, objection-handling guides).
- Provide payer/access/reimbursement strategic recommendations to executive leadership (benefit design, prior auths, appeals, coding, site-of-care for specialty/infused therapies).
- Collaborate with Commercial Strategy/Marketing/Diagnostics leadership, brand teams, and National Accounts/Market Access leaders to align and execute.
- Manage vendor agency of record; ensure compliant, on-time delivery within budget.
- Drive MLR (medical/legal/regulatory) review and approval for market access/payer engagement materials.
- Coordinate deployment and field training; manage pull-through tracking; manage Market Access Marketing team budget.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
- 10+ years relevant biotech experience (orphan disease preferred); 3+ years pharma brand/marketing/market access preferred.
- Extensive payer marketing resource development and HEOR-informed access support.
- Experience managing promotional materials through MLR (timelines/version control).
- Specialty therapy commercialization experience (rare disease preferred); strong payer regulatory/enforcement knowledge.
- Digital payer marketing experience (portals, email, webinars, omnichannel) with regulatory understanding.
- Budget/vendor management; ability to work independently in ambiguity; strong communication/influencing in matrix.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
