How you will contribute:
- Lead market access launch preparation for upcoming dermatology and immunology launches
- Develop and oversee sustainable market access and channel strategies to optimize access for GI & Immunology BU products (existing and future)
- Collaborate with Managed Markets, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Sales to capture payer insights, identify data gaps, and develop value propositions for field teams
- Incorporate the reimbursement landscape into market access and pricing strategy
- Partner with HEOR to define payer evidence needs and integrate them into the Medical/HEOR evidence plan
- Manage and execute payer and channel-specific marketing plans to achieve patient and business objectives
- Ensure brand plans reflect needs of patients, payers, and healthcare providers
- Align organization on metrics to assess impact of market access strategies and tactics
- Contribute to annual brand planning, forecasting, and budgeting for payer/channel segments
- Partner with New Product Planning and Business Development for market access inputs for early-stage/targeted assets
- Identify payer/system opportunities for innovative arrangements in collaboration with Strategic Partnerships
- Oversee payer and channel market research for relevant products
- Develop next-generation Market Access and Channel Strategy talent

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (required)
- 10+ years biopharma market access experience (required; payer, PBM, IDN, GPO, specialty pharmacy, etc.)
- Experience with biologics and specialty products (preferred)

Skills/Knowledge:
- US payer market dynamics and managed care decision-making across commercial/public channels
- Specialty pharmacy knowledge (operations, drivers, strengths) to support patient experience
- Knowledge across payer, PBM, IDN, distribution, specialty pharmacy, and GPOs
- Commercial brand planning process
- Financial acumen (resource allocation, budget management/reporting, strategic sourcing, P&L)
- Analytical capabilities for robust decision-making
