Director, Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations

Role: Director of Manufacturing & Supply Operations supporting technical operations, including contract negotiations, vendor management, budget planning, and process improvements. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional stakeholder influence, manage contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, optimize vendor value, and oversee budget processes; coordinate governance meetings and support vendor onboarding and transitions. Requirements: 12+ years in biotech/pharma manufacturing, supply chain, or GMP operations; Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; experience engaging with senior management, translating strategy into operational plans, and managing cross-functional issues. High-Value: extensive GMP manufacturing and supply chain expertise, vendor negotiation, contract management, cross-functional influence in biotech or pharma, experience supporting biologics or drug-device combo manufacturing, domestic and international travel. WorkSetup: onsite in Waltham, MA, with a requirement to work three days per week.
