Role: Lead CRISPR Therapeutics' efforts in RNA delivery, focusing on developing novel lipid nanoparticle (LNP) systems for extrahepatic applications. Responsibilities: oversee LNP chemistry, formulation, and cellβbased and animal models; drive RNA delivery strategy with an emphasis on intellectual property; collaborate with pharmacology and programming teams; produce technical reports, IP filings, and present findings at scientific forums. Requirements: PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related; 10+ years experience in lipid nanoparticles, siRNA, and protein design; proven success translating animal models from mice to non-human primates; strong communication skills; leadership in bioconjugation and biotherapeutic research. Preferred: biotech industry experience and knowledge of drug development process. High-Value: expertise in RNA delivery, LNP formulation, bioconjugation; leadership in innovative lipid nanoparticle research; experience with translational animal models; strategic influence in biopharma R&D.
