Key Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to Ophthalmology, Immunology, and Cardiology leadership; align GLD strategy with business priorities.
- Shape capability-building investment, resource allocation, and priorities; partner with Sales & Marketing on targeted learning strategies.
- Lead learning strategy development/execution to build scientific, clinical, and competitive differentiation; support new launches and optimize established brands.
- Elevate customer engagement capabilities (value-based selling, stakeholder navigation, AI-enabled personalization).
- Orchestrate onboarding, launch readiness, and continuous learning journeys for specialty care/chronic disease environments; collaborate with GLD Centers of Excellence; drive sustained behavior change.
- Integrate data-driven insights, personalization, and AI-enabled learning; benchmark and introduce innovative approaches; establish measurement frameworks linking learning to customer impact and business performance.
- Build/develop a high-performing team; foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning; coach teams to deliver differentiated programs.
- Lead through influence in a matrixed organization; strengthen cross-functional collaboration (Learning, Medical, Marketing, Sales); ensure consultative customer-facing development.

Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) or equivalent relevant HR-related experience.
- Experience: 12+ years in US Pharma Sales/Marketing/business roles; 6+ years in L&D (preferred) or equivalent; 10+ years leading high-performing teams; strong matrix influence; strategic/business planning; executive communication; change/transformation; track record delivering results.

- Comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, retirement/401(k), paid holidays, vacation, compassionate and sick days).
- Salary range: $173,200.00–$272,600.00.
