Responsibilities:
- Lead data-driven analytics for go-to-market strategy (Market Access, Channel, field strategies).
- Segment and prioritize target payers/healthcare organizations to maximize reach and acceptance.
- Lead market access analytics (coverage and utilization).
- Integrate and analyze primary/secondary data (sales, forecast, payer coverage, claims) to refine forecast assumptions and generate insights.
- Build product sales and profitability projections for portfolio evaluation, licensing/M&A, and long-range planning.
- Analyze therapy area/product/pricing and continuously assess marketplace, customers, and competitors.
- Track performance metrics (sales, market share, profitability) and communicate insights via clear data storytelling.
- Lead commercial data management and measurement/feedback strategy for performance metrics.
- Support launch/post-launch dashboard creation and KPI monitoring.
- Execute forecasting for in-line and pipeline assets using advanced MS Excel models; identify forecast risks/opportunities.
- Provide ad-hoc analytics (launch scenarios, segmentation, demand projections, channel/mix updates) and support primary market research when needed.
- Support pricing analytics (pricing, gross-to-net models, competitor analysis, differentiation).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required; Masterโs preferred.
- 3+ years in biotech/pharma commercial analytics and forecasting; biologic/biosimilar experience preferred.
Skills/Attributes (preferred unless noted):
- Strong forecasting/secondary analytics; excellent MS Excel; SQL/Python plus.
- Payer/claims analytics experience (e.g., MMIT/LAAD/Symphony/DocNexus) highly preferred.
- IQVIA modules knowledge (e.g., NSP/NPA/DDD; IPD/Global data) desired.
- Biologics/biosimilars market, pricing/reimbursement; Buy&Bill knowledge big plus.
- Experience with launch monitoring dashboards; detail-oriented, works with imperfect data.
- Can prioritize multiple projects; agile/entrepreneurial mindset.
