Role Summary
- Design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy for the Immunology commercial organization to deliver consistent, high-impact performance.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Medical leadership; align business priorities with field execution and translate strategy into measurable performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between Field Sales and Home Office to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning strategies.
- Partner with senior leadership to define success metrics and assess training impact on business performance.
- Lead training strategy for product launches, line extensions, and evolving market dynamics.
- Design and deliver scalable learning solutions across disease state, clinical, and advanced selling skills.
- Establish consistent standards for field execution, coaching, and performance expectations across regions.
- Drive excellence in territory planning, account-based selling, and customer engagement.
- Conduct field engagements to assess execution and provide high-impact coaching to Dermatology Therapeutic Specialists.
- Partner with Dermatology Business Directors to elevate leadership coaching capability and accountability.
- Lead development and execution of national and regional training programs (sales meetings/workshops).
- Oversee onboarding strategy, including New Hire Home Study, to ensure readiness and accelerated productivity.
- Manage training projects end-to-end, including vendor partnerships and Medical/Legal/Regulatory review.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Sales Operations, and Market Access to ensure training aligns with enterprise strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert across product, disease state, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with key software (preferred: MS PowerPoint/Word/Excel, Webex, Outlook, LMS).
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a commercial or home office environment (Dermatology or Immunology preferred).
- Demonstrated success in training, marketing, or sales at recent product launches (biologics and/or small molecules strongly preferred).
- Strong ability to translate complex clinical and strategic concepts into actionable field execution.
- Advanced facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience in a home office matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Deep understanding of Market Access, hubs, and payer landscape.
- High business acumen, project management, and organizational skills.
- Hybrid work model with regular onsite presence at Headquarters (3 days/week).
- Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent experience required.
