Director, Launch Excellence

Role: Lead cross-functional project management to support global commercialization of oncology medicines in a build-while-scaling environment. Objectives: Drive strategic alignment, execute commercialization initiatives, and enhance ways of working within the Disease Area. Responsibilities: lead project planning, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate inputs from Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, and Supply teams; facilitate governance and decision-making; support launch readiness; develop project tools and best practices. Requirements: bachelor's degree; 10+ years in biotech/pharma or healthcare; extensive experience managing complex, global commercialization projects, especially in oncology or specialty pharma; strong stakeholder influence and leadership skills; proven ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving settings. Preferred: advanced degrees (MBA/MS/PhD), PMP certification, experience supporting multiple programs, early leadership experience.
