Role: Senior strategic leader in U.S. Rare Liver Marketing, responsible for developing and executing peer-to-peer expert engagement strategies to support disease education, diagnosis, and treatment adoption across the rare disease portfolio. Responsibilities: own and evolve peer engagement frameworks, manage congress and speaker bureau strategies, oversee stakeholder partnerships, ensure compliance, and track program performance. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Legal, PRC, and Sales teams; establish governance, KPIs, and insights-driven decision-making to maximize scientific impact and portfolio growth. Requirements: 12+ years pharma experience, especially in rare or specialty markets; proven success managing speaker bureaus, peer programs, and congress planning; strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) guidelines; excellent influencing and leadership skills; advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, MSc). High-Value: rare disease/ultra-rare diseases, peer-to-peer education, congress strategy, portfolio governance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, scientific influence, experience in complex therapeutic areas.
