Director, IT Infrastructure & Operations

Role: Senior IT Infrastructure and Operations Leader at Nurix Therapeutics, overseeing enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, end-user services, and IT service management. Responsibilities: consolidate MSP relationships, establish cybersecurity operations, align research infrastructure (AWS HPC, SageMaker, EKS/ECS) with enterprise standards, manage identity and access programs, and improve service delivery. Partner with a fractional CISO on security strategy and collaborate with R&D and scientific teams to support fast-paced biotech innovation. Requirements: 12+ years in technology services leadership, with 5+ years at senior director level; experience managing integrated infrastructure, cyber operations, and ITSM functions; deep AWS and Microsoft stack knowledge; proven MSP/vendor management; experience in regulated biotech/pharma environments; bachelor's degree or equivalent. Nice to have: biotech/pharma industry experience, FDA inspection support, scientific computing partnerships, MDR experience, and SOX controls familiarity.
