Director, IT Infrastructure

Role: Director of IT Infrastructure leading strategy, design, and operations of Arrowhead's enterprise IT environment, supporting biopharma R&D and manufacturing infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing multi-year roadmaps, managing hybrid on-premises and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), overseeing virtualization, network, and disaster recovery, and leading a geographically dispersed team. Ensures compliance with industry standards such as GxP, SOX, HIPAA, and supports regulatory audits. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related; 10+ years IT infrastructure experience, including 4+ years in senior leadership; expertise in virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), Microsoft Active Directory, AWS, and Azure; experience managing multi-site environments in regulated industries; proven team leadership. Preferred: Industry certifications (VMware, Azure, AWS, ITIL), infrastructure-as-code tools, experience with laboratory and manufacturing IT, and strategic planning skills.
