Director, IT Infrastructure

Role: Lead the strategy, design, and operations of Arrowhead's enterprise IT infrastructure, overseeing both on-premises and cloud environments (Azure, AWS). Responsibilities: develop a multi-year infrastructure roadmap, lead and mentor a distributed technical team, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance; oversee virtualization, network, and server management; drive cloud strategies, disaster recovery, and infrastructure scalability; support audits and infrastructure projects including migrations and site expansions; evaluate emerging technologies for operational improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 4 years in senior leadership; expertise in virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V), Microsoft Active Directory, AWS, and Azure; experience managing multi-site, regulated industry environments; strong vendor management, strategic, and communication skills. Preferred: industry certifications (VMware, Azure, AWS, ITIL), infrastructure-as-code tools, and experience supporting laboratory and manufacturing IT within pharma or biotech.
