Director, IT Data and AI Product Owner – Clinical Development

Role: Director, IT Data/AI Product Owner – Clinical Development, leading AI/data strategy to enhance clinical trial processes and decision-making. Responsibilities: define product vision and multi-year roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities; partner with clinical leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities; translate business needs into scalable AI solutions; establish and scale product delivery models; drive change management and stakeholder engagement; serve as a trusted advisor on AI/data initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's with 12+ years or Master’s/PhD with 10+ years in relevant fields; strong understanding of clinical development, trial operations, data management; experience leading AI/data product portfolios and teams; expertise in AI/ML platforms (AWS, Databricks); excellent stakeholder engagement; agile delivery experience. Preferred: experience applying AI/ML in clinical trials, familiarity with GxP environments, exposure to generative AI, clinical systems knowledge.
