Role: Director, IT Data & AI Product Owner for PDM & Tech Ops, leading AI/data product strategy to accelerate Gilead's drug discovery and development processes. Responsibilities: define and execute multi-year AI-enabled capabilities roadmap, partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact analytics opportunities, mentor delivery teams, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards. Key focus areas include knowledge management, Quality processes, and decision-making support in clinical development, Product Development, and Quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s with 12+ years or Master’s/PhD with 10+ years in relevant fields; extensive experience in AI/data product management, clinical development processes, and GxP environments; strong stakeholder engagement and technical platform knowledge (AWS, Databricks). Preferred: experience in CMC, manufacturing, supply chain analytics, and generative AI use cases.
