Role Summary:
Director-level IT Business Partner aligning commercial IT capabilities with strategic and operational needs for Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs. Leads evaluation, implementation, optimization, and launch readiness of commercial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own commercial-facing IT strategy/roadmap: CRM (Veeva/Salesforce), ERP, contract management, MDM.
- Lead end-to-end delivery (requirements β†’ vendor selection β†’ implementation/validation β†’ go-live).
- Configure systems for pre-commercial activities (field force, sample/HCP-HCO data, promotional materials tracking).
- Serve as primary IT liaison; prioritize portfolio aligned to launch timelines.
- Support BI/reporting for market trends, sales performance, customer engagement.
- Oversee multichannel marketing tech (digital engagement, CMS, marketing automation) and CRM integrations.
- Support payer/account tech: contract management, formulary tracking, gross-to-net analytics.
- Enable Medical Affairs IT (medical info platforms, KOL tracking, scientific exchange, congress/event management) with compliance.
- Drive launch readiness (build-out, UAT, training, hypercare); partner with Regulatory/Legal/Compliance/Finance.
- Lead/mentor commercial IT team; manage vendors/SLAs; ensure governance, data integrity, and security.

Required Qualifications:
- BS in IT/CS/Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years IT; 5+ years as business partner/IT lead supporting commercial functions in biotech/pharma.
- Experience supporting pre-commercial/launch activities; deep expertise with Veeva/Salesforce/SAP.
- Strong pharma commercial operations knowledge; hands-on delivery across key functions.
- Ability to manage concurrent initiatives; develop direct reports; manage external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial launch experience (pharma/biologic); specialty pharma/rare disease models.
- HIPAA/GDPR and PDMA/OIG knowledge; MDM/data governance experience.
- Analytics tools (IQVIA, Symphony Health, Tableau/Power BI); PMP/ITIL.
