Director, IT Applications - Supply Chain

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Director with deep expertise in Supply Chain processes and SAP technologies to lead Perrigo’s global application landscape. This role drives digital transformation across our supply chain operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance. You will partner closely with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain Technology Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for SAP and related applications supporting global supply chain operations (planning, manufacturing, logistics, procurement).
• Drive Business Transformation: Partner with supply chain leadership to enable process optimization, automation, and integration across global operations.
• Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement cost-effective, secure, and compliant application architectures aligned with business goals.
• Manage Global Teams & Vendors: Build and lead high-performing teams, manage offshore resources, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee application lifecycle management, governance, and compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
• Budget & Performance Oversight: Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Required: Expertise in application architecture, integration, and emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA).
• Required: Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Required: Ability to manage complex global initiatives and vendor negotiations.
• Required: Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Required: Proven track record in SAP ECC/S4 HANA and related supply chain modules (MM, PP, WM, SD).
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related field; 10+ years in IT leadership roles within global organizations.
