Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated investor relations and external communications strategy aligned with corporate milestones (including BLA submission and commercialization readiness).
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and consistently communicate the investment thesis and corporate narrative.
- Advise the CFO, CBO, and CEO on messaging, positioning, and engagement with the investment community.
- Build scalable processes and infrastructure to support evolution into a commercial-stage organization.
- Serve as primary point of contact for investors and analysts; foster long-term relationships.
- Lead preparation of earnings materials and investor presentations/external communications.
- Support capital markets activities (financings, investor targeting, roadshows).
- Monitor market dynamics, peer landscape, analyst coverage, and investor sentiment; provide valuation driver and expectation insights.
- Track and schedule investor interactions.
- Own messaging consistency across external channels (press releases, investor materials, corporate content).
- Translate complex clinical/regulatory/scientific developments into clear narratives.
- Support communications for clinical milestones, regulatory interactions, and business development.
- Partner with external agencies to enhance visibility and ensure messaging alignment.
- Support executive visibility, conferences, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, Commercial, and Business Development to align internal progress with external messaging.
- Ensure consistent communication during inflection points (clinical readouts and regulatory milestones).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or related) preferred.
- 10+ years in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate communications in biotech/life sciences.
- Direct experience in autologous cell therapy required (including development, manufacturing, and commercialization).
- Experience supporting late-stage clinical development, BLA/NDA submission, or commercialization preferred.
- Strong understanding of biotech capital markets, investor expectations, and value drivers.
- Ability to synthesize complex scientific/clinical information into compelling messaging.
- Experience engaging institutional investors, analysts, and executive leadership.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
