Job Description
- The International Market Access & Pricing (IMAP) Team leads market access strategies and planning for pipeline and on-market products.
- Leverage clinical understanding and evidence-based medicine expertise, with global payer knowledge and competitive insights to shape Phase II/III clinical development programs for pre-launch compounds.

Accountable For:
- Develop Global Integrated Access Strategies (IAS) for Parkinson’s (Produodopa, Duodopa, Tavapadon) and Psychosis (Emraclidine) portfolio for Pricing, Reimbursement and Access (PRA).
- Lead VAT on payer material creation/maintenance, support HTA submissions, and optimize payer evidence generation.
- Identify/manage competitive opportunities/threats from a market access perspective.
- Lead Global IAS development for pipeline assets (e.g., depression, bipolar, schizophrenia).
- Develop/maintain Payer Value Story aligned to Brand Story for assigned assets/indications.
- Lead team of direct reports to develop core payer materials.
- Challenge key market access assumptions within Financial Planning (LRP/Plan).
- Collaborate with Area and Affiliates to customize approaches.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Integrate payer value messages into clinical/evidence assessments and create market access deliverables (PIVOTAL PRA Excellence framework; asset playbook).
- Support global launch readiness for PRA across international markets (EU5, CA, BR, RU, CH, JP).
- Inform clinical programs so endpoints (clinical, economic, humanistic) optimize price, reimbursement, and patient access.
- Ensure reimbursement considerations are incorporated throughout key clinical development milestones and commercial decisions.
- Generate initial global payer value propositions aligned with emerging value proposition and TPP.
- Collaborate with GHEOR, Clinical Evidence & Outcomes, policy, International Marketing & Commercial Operations, Pipeline Commercial Strategy, and Area market access.

Qualifications
Basic:
- 10–15 years Pricing and Market Access experience (global/area/5LBU country level).
- B.A./B.S. required.

Preferred:
- Strong clinical and disease area knowledge.
- Experience developing/managing global market access strategies.
- Payer trends and drivers of market access success.
- Knowledge of pricing policy/regulations and healthcare in key markets.
- Understanding of regulatory agency requirements and impact on reimbursement.
- Working knowledge of health economic modeling.
- Degree in scientific/economic area; MBA preferred.
