Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in operational due diligence to identify value drivers, operational risks, and HR strategy.
- Support/lead the Enterprise Integration Team: mobilize/onboard teams; develop enterprise Day 1/interim/end-state integration plans.
- Resolve interdependencies and conflicts to minimize business disruption (escalate when appropriate).
- Track target company/integration team alignment to value drivers; keep executive leadership informed of progress and risks.
- Drive a positive employee experience during transition and execute integration plans enterprise-wide.
- Improve integration execution via processes/tools and updates to the Integration Playbook.
- Upskill integration capabilities with divisional/functional leadership.
- Define, track, and report transaction value capture.
- Lead entity restructurings (e.g., LEI, LES) to realize global strategy without business disruption.

Location/Travel
- Hybrid; not 100% remote. Work from Rahway, NJ and/or Upper Gwynedd/West Point, PA with up to 15% travel.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Master’s+).
- Minimum 7 years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong critical thinking; collaboration with informal leadership style; business/financial acumen.
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly; lead through uncertainty with strong EQ.

Required/Preferred Skills (role-relevant)
- Due diligence, enterprise integration, corporate development/M&A, operational risk assessment/management, operational planning, conflict resolution, negotiation, financial modeling/feasibility.
