Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in operational due diligence to identify value drivers, operational risks, and HR strategy.
- Support and lead the Enterprise Integration Team with: mobilizing/onboarding team across divisions and global functions; developing enterprise-wide Day 1, interim, and end-state integration plans; identifying and resolving interdependent activities to minimize business disruption; proactively resolving conflicts/interdependencies and escalating as appropriate; maintaining focus on value drivers and driving collaboration; keeping executive leadership informed of progress and risks; driving a positive employee experience for Target employees; executing integration plans enterprise-wide; developing processes/tools and improving via updates to the Integration Playbook; driving integration up-skilling via collaboration with divisional/functional leadership; managing definition, tracking, and reporting of transaction value captured; driving operational planning for and managing entity restructurings (LEI, LES) with no business disruption.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent; Preferred: Masterโ€™s or above.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
- Required skills: critical thinking to resolve complex operational issues; collaborative/informal leadership; strong business and financial acumen; ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly; ability to lead through uncertainty and thrive in deadlines; strong EQ.

Required/Preferred skills (from posting): Due diligence; operational due diligence/risk assessment; M&A; enterprise systems integration; business case development; financial modeling/feasibility studies; conflict resolution; negotiation; operational business planning; strategic alliances; pharmaceutical regulatory compliance; strategic HR planning; strategic licensing.

Location/Work:
- Hybrid; not 100% remote. Ability to work from Rahway, NJ and/or Upper Gwynedd/West Point, PA; up to 15% travel (including international).
