Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in operational due diligence to identify value drivers, operational risks, and HR strategy for targets.
- Support and lead the Enterprise Integration Team: mobilize/onboard across divisions and global support functions; develop enterprise Day 1/interim/end-state integration plans; resolve interdependent activities and conflicts to minimize business disruption (escalate when needed); keep focus on value drivers and collaborate; update executive leadership on progress and risks; drive a positive employee experience; execute integration plans enterprise-wide.
- Develop processes/tools and continuously improve via Integration Playbook updates.
- Upskill integration capabilities across the enterprise with divisional/functional leadership.
- Define, track, and report transaction value captured.
- Lead operational planning and manage entity restructurings (e.g., LEI, LES) to enable global strategy without disrupting business.

Location/Travel
- Hybrid; not 100% remote. Work from Rahway, NJ and/or Upper Gwynedd/West Point, PA; up to 15% travel (incl. international).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Master’s+).
- Minimum 7 years’ biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience.

Benefits/Compensation (if applicable)
- Annual bonus and long-term incentive; comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and sick/compassionate days.
- Salary range: $156,900.00–$247,000.00.
