Director, Integrated Process Team (IPT) Leader

Role: Serve as business unit manager for the cross-functional integrated process team (IPT) supporting a biopharma manufacturing site, providing strategic and operational leadership. Responsibilities: lead operational execution ensuring compliance with Safety, Environmental, cGMP, and labor regulations; manage budget and capital projects; drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives; develop and lead a multi-shift operations team; promote an inclusive culture and positive employee relations; support site and network strategies; monitor safety and quality standards; and ensure operational efficiency. Requirements: B.A./B.S. in Science or Engineering, with at least 12 years of industry experience across multiple functions, including 5+ years managing multi-layered operations teams. Strong leadership, influence, communication skills, and working knowledge of cGMP and pharma regulatory requirements are essential. Preferred: experience in complex manufacturing or packaging operations, licensing or start-up of new facilities, lean methodology, change management, and supporting regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA).
