Role Summary
Director of Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) will lead strategic thought partnership to the Patient Solutions & Engagement team within Specialty Care. Focus on characterizing and quantifying the post-Rx patient journey, optimizing data analytics, and crafting actionable solutions to optimize patient access. Location: Hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Patient Journey Analytics & Funnel Optimization
- Develop dashboard frameworks to track and evaluate post-Rx patient journey performance across specialty brands, integrating HUB, SP, and other data sources.
- Identify and quantify patient drop-off points along the journey and develop targeted recommendations to address key barriers.
- Equip the team with tools to diagnose funnel inefficiencies, using data to guide decisions and prioritize efforts.
- Collaboration Across Teams
- Work with patient access and reimbursement teams to interpret data, assess gaps, and refine strategies, including SC Patient Solutions, Patient Services, SAS, and Access Marketing.
- Facilitate collaboration between GCA, SAS, and patient solutions teams to align on data sources and methodologies.
- Lead brand-specific experience optimization projects in collaboration with brand marketing, patient solutions, and IIS brand strategy leads.
- Strategic Insights & Reporting
- Provide actionable recommendations to the Patient Support Lead and broader specialty care teams, including executive leadership, informed by robust analytics and insights.
- Ensure alignment between patient support strategies and patient goals.
- Integrate post-Rx patient journey insights and recommendations with strategic Quarterly Business Reviews, connecting patient journey dynamics with patient goals.
- Change Leadership
- Lead initiatives to define what βgreatβ looks like for patient support insight generation and analytics.
- Act as a thought leader to shape future frameworks and capabilities in HUB/SP data integration and performance measurement.
Qualifications
- Required: 8+ years in consulting, finance, market analytics, or market access roles
- Required: Defined involvement in helping frame, design & execute solutions for challenging business situations
- Required: Demonstrated self-starter with ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects
- Preferred: Experience working with HUB/SP data and/or knowledge of HUB/SP patient flows and dynamics
- Preferred: Experience developing dashboard frameworks for patient solutions or commercial teams
- Preferred: Team-orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
- Preferred: Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can drive innovation
- Preferred: Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels of organizations; excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities

Education
- Required: BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering or a related field
- Preferred: MS or MBA
