Role Summary

Location: Hybrid. Pfizer is seeking a Director of Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) to lead strategic thought partnership to the Patient Solutions & Engagement team within Specialty Care. The role focuses on characterizing and quantifying the post-Rx patient journey, optimizing data and analytics, and crafting actionable solutions to remove barriers and improve patient access. Reporting to the Patient Solutions IIS Team Lead, the role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify barriers and propose high-impact improvements to patient access.

Responsibilities

  • Develop dashboard frameworks to track and evaluate post-Rx patient journey performance across specialty brands, integrating HUB, SP, and other data sources.
  • Identify and quantify patient drop-off points along the journey and develop targeted recommendations to address key barriers.
  • Arm the team with tools to analyze and diagnose funnel inefficiencies, using data to guide decisions and prioritize efforts.
  • Collaborate with patient access and reimbursement teams to interpret data, assess gaps, and refine strategies, including SC Patient Solutions, Patient Services, SAS, and Access Marketing.
  • Facilitate collaboration between GCA, SAS, and patient solutions teams to align on data sources and methodologies.
  • Lead brand-specific experience optimization projects in close collaboration with brand marketing, patient solutions, and IIS brand strategy leads.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to the Patient Support Lead and broader specialty care teams, including executive leadership, informed by robust analytics and insights.
  • Ensure alignment between patient support strategies and patient goals.
  • Integrate post-Rx patient journey insights and recommendations with strategic Quarterly Business Reviews, connecting journey dynamics with patient goals.
  • Lead initiatives to define what β€œgreat” looks like for patient support insight generation and analytics.
  • Act as a thought leader to shape future frameworks and capabilities in HUB/SP data integration and performance measurement.

Qualifications

  • Required: BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering or a related field
  • Required: 8+ years in consulting, finance, market analytics, or market access roles
  • Required: Defined involvement in helping frame, design & execute solutions for challenging business situations
  • Required: Demonstrated self-starter with ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects
  • Preferred: MS or MBA
  • Preferred: Experience working with HUB/SP data and/or knowledge of HUB/SP patient flows and dynamics
  • Preferred: Experience developing dashboard frameworks for patient solutions or commercial teams
  • Preferred: Team-orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
  • Preferred: Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can drive innovation
  • Preferred: Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels of organizations; excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities

Education

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering or a related field
  • MS or MBA preferred
