Director, Integrated Field Insights & Analytics - NS & Rare Disease

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for Field Insights & Analytics across the Neuroscience and Renal portfolios.
- Oversee insight generation and decision support across in-market brands and evolving portfolio priorities.
- Serve as the front door to Insights & Analytics for field leaders; partner with field leaders and General Managers to align insights to business priorities.
- Deliver proactive, integrated, executive-ready insights influencing portfolio, brand, and field strategy; identify risks/opportunities.
- Lead adoption and maturation of standardized analytics frameworks anchored to enterprise and portfolio KBQs; ensure consistency in metrics/methodologies.
- Lead field data strategy with Insights & Analytics capability teams; ensure outputs are relevant and scalable.
- Lead Insights & Analytics representation across PODs and SQUADs; influence cross-functional decisions and drive prioritization/trade-offs.
- People leadership: directly manage the Associate Director (Renal) and provide coaching/prioritization guidance.
- Own disciplined planning, tracking, and execution of field analytics initiatives; provide visibility into progress, dependencies, and execution risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare insights, analytics, strategy, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of specialty portfolios and complex multi-asset environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions via integrated insights.
- Experience in matrixed, cross-functional teams and leading through complexity.
Desirable:
- Prior people leadership experience strongly preferred.
Role Logistics:
- Remote (U.S.); no relocation. 15% travel required.
Compensation & Benefits (if eligible):
- Salary expected $185,500β$344,500/year; performance cash incentive; potential annual equity. Comprehensive benefits and time off for U.S.-based eligible employees.
