Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies for SOLU-CORTEF and Ready-to-Use sterile injectable drug-device combination platforms.
- Reach key sterile injectable audiences (hospital clinicians/pharmacy, GPOs, and IDNs) and achieve growth and sales objectives.
- Develop marketing and brand strategy plans using data-driven insights; collaborate with agency and internal partners (portfolio, sales, commercial analytics).
- Own Surgical marketing for in-market and impending launch(es).
- Oversee management of Pfizer Hospital’s digital presence and key platforms.
- Manage execution of marketing plans (content/asset development, media strategy, print and digital presence).
- Ensure marketing assets and selling tools are fit-for-purpose and train field colleagues on utilization.
- Partner on pan-portfolio RTU brand priorities and content across medical congresses/conventions and customer communications.
- Develop and execute US Hospital customer adboards to gain feedback on customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Review Committee to ensure materials are developed compliantly.
- Assess tactical performance and implement optimization strategies using quantitative and qualitative stakeholder input.
- Manage budget, internal/external teams, and agency resources to implement Ready-to-Use marketing strategies.

Qualifications (Minimum):
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years; or Master’s degree with 7+ years; or PhD with 5+ years.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device, or related industry and/or Sales, Marketing, or Communications.

Preferred:
- Degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Strong marketing strategy and tactical execution; ability to carry brand vision through execution across channels.
- Healthcare/biopharmaceuticals knowledge; preferred hospital generics/sterile injectables and biosimilars.
- Preferred experience supporting sales teams (sales tools, cycle, customer profiles).
- Ability to manage multiple product lines and customer segments.
- P&L understanding and/or financial performance measures.
- Agency partner experience and/or leading agency relationships with budget management.
- Strong project management, leadership, analytical/problem-solving, and communications skills.
- Ability to influence in a matrixed environment; proactive, autonomous self-starter.

Non-standard/Work Setup:
- 15–20% travel; Hybrid work location.
