Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategy for SOLU-CORTEF and Ready-to-Use sterile injectable drug-device combination platforms to reach hospital clinicians/pharmacy, GPOs, and IDNs and achieve growth/sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to build differentiated marketing campaigns and plans for Ready-to-Use platforms and Biosimilars.
- Manage marketing plan execution: content/asset development and deployment, media strategy, and print/digital presence.
- Ensure marketing assets and selling tools are fit-for-purpose and support field training.
- Partner with US Hospital communications/marketing to reflect RTU brand priorities across pan-portfolio efforts (e.g., congresses, customer communications).
- Develop and execute US Hospital customer adboards to gain customer-experience feedback.
- Collaborate with Review Committee to ensure compliant materials.
- Assess tactical performance and optimize based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Manage budget, internal/external teams, and agency resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree + 8 years (or Masterβs + 7; or PhD + 5+).
- Experience in pharmaceuticals/medical devices/related industry and/or Sales, Marketing, or Communications.
Travel/Location/Benefits:

Salary range: $162,900β$271,500 base (Tampa: $146,600β$244,400).
