Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for Customer Engagement and New Business Opportunities.
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies for SOLU-CORTEF and Ready-to-Use sterile injectable drug-device combination platforms; reach key sterile injectable customer audiences (hospital clinicians/pharmacy, GPOs, and IDNs) to achieve growth and sales objectives.
- Build data-driven marketing and brand strategy plans; partner with agency and internal stakeholders (portfolio, sales, commercial analytics).
- Lead Surgical marketing for in-market and impending launch(es).
- Oversee Pfizer Hospital’s digital presence and key platforms.
- Manage marketing plan execution: content/asset development and deployment, media strategy, print and digital presence.
- Ensure marketing assets and selling tools are fit-for-purpose; train field colleagues on utilization.
- Partner with communications/marketing colleagues to reflect RTU brand priorities in pan-portfolio marketing (e.g., medical congresses, customer communications, pan-portfolio assets).
- Develop and execute US Hospital customer adboards to gain customer experience feedback.
- Collaborate with the Review Committee to ensure compliant materials.
- Assess marketing tactical performance and optimize using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Manage budget, internal/external teams, and agency resources to implement Ready-to-Use marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience; OR Master’s degree with at least 7 years; OR PhD with 5+ years.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical device, or related industry; and/or in Sales, Marketing, or Communications.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Strong marketing strategy and tactical execution; ability to build brand vision and execute across diverse channels.
- Strong healthcare/biopharmaceuticals knowledge; preferred hospital generics/sterile injectables and biosimilars; preferred experience supporting sales teams.
- Ability to manage multiple product lines and customer segments.
- Understanding of financial performance measures and/or P&L management.
- Agency partner experience, including agency budget management.
- Strong project management and reliable/timely execution.
- Strong leadership; ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
- Proactive, autonomous, able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Analytical/problem-solving skills; strong data interpretation and recommendations.
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation (PowerPoint) skills.
- Inclusive collaboration with diverse internal/external stakeholders; influence/negotiation/stakeholder management.
Non-standard requirements:
- 15–20% travel; Hybrid work location.
