Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies for SOLU-CORTEF and Ready-to-Use sterile injectable drug-device platforms.
- Develop data-driven marketing/brand strategy plans with agency and internal partners (portfolio, sales, commercial analytics).
- Own Surgical marketing for in-market and upcoming launches.
- Oversee management of Pfizer Hospital’s digital presence and key platforms.
- Execute marketing plans (content/asset development and deployment, media strategy, print/digital presence).
- Ensure marketing assets and selling tools are fit-for-purpose; train field colleagues on their use.
- Partner on pan-portfolio marketing to reflect RTU brand priorities (e.g., congresses, customer communications).
- Develop/execute US Hospital customer adboards to gather customer experience feedback.
- Collaborate with Review Committee to ensure materials are developed compliantly.
- Assess tactical performance, solicit stakeholder/field input, use utilization and engagement data for optimization.
- Manage budget, internal/external teams, and agency resources to implement strategies.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s + 8 years; OR Master’s + 7 years; OR PhD + 5+ years.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals/medical devices/related industry and/or Sales, Marketing, or Communications.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Marketing/Communications degree; strong marketing strategy and execution; healthcare/biopharma knowledge.
- Knowledge of hospital generics/sterile injectables and biosimilars; experience supporting sales teams.
- Ability to manage multiple products/customer segments; P&L understanding.
- Agency partner management; strong project management; leadership in matrix; analytical thinking.

Work: Hybrid; 15–20% travel.
Comp/Benefits (as stated): Base salary $162,900–$271,500 (Tampa: $146,600–$244,400); eligible for bonus (20% target) and long-term incentives; 401(k) with match; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; paid caregiver/parental leave; medical/dental/vision.
