Director, Insights & Innovation - Trial Analytics, Insights & Planning

Role: Senior leader responsible for developing and overseeing advanced analytics, AI-enabled decision-support tools, and data science strategies within Bristol Myers Squibb's Trial Analytics, Insights & Planning (TAIP) division. Main objectives include creating scalable, explainable insights for trial design, feasibility, enrollment, and portfolio decisions, using platforms like Photon. Responsibilities encompass owning the analytics and data science roadmap, governing analytical methodologies, managing analytics products and platforms, and leading applied data science initiatives such as predictive modeling and machine learning. The role requires translating complex analytical outputs into decision-ready insights for senior leadership, ensuring analytical integrity, and fostering an analytical culture through mentorship. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in a relevant field, with 10+ years' experience in clinical trial analytics, biostatistics, data governance, or management consulting. Demonstrated expertise in AI, predictive modeling, and enterprise analytics systems, along with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, are essential. The role involves global collaboration across functions like clinical operations, biostatistics, and data governance. Located at BMS hubs in Princeton, NJ; Uxbridge, UK; Warsaw, Poland; or Boudry, Switzerland, with potential hybrid work.
