Role: Lead the design, strategy, and execution of the end-to-end operational ecosystem for an mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy in early-stage melanoma, supporting potential U.S. launch. Responsibilities: oversee sample and tissue operations, logistics, manufacturing demand planning, and stakeholder coordination across internal teams, alliance partners, sequencing providers, and treatment sites; develop capabilities, governance, and infrastructure to support launch, scale, and growth; manage operational performance metrics, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives; lead cross-functional teams focused on operational excellence and process innovation.
