Director, IMSC Decision Science

Role: Lead strategic decision science initiatives within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, focusing on digital transformation and analytics innovation. Responsibilities: provide technical and strategic leadership to develop and deploy decision science capabilities, including optimization, simulation, AI/ML, and advanced analytics; collaborate with cross-functional leaders across supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams; build and oversee a team of over 10 data scientists and decision science managers; establish model standards, governance, and scalable digital products; stay current with industry trends and foster technical innovation; develop talent strategies and represent J&J at industry forums. Requirements: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics; 10+ years in supply chain, data science, or analytics, preferably in pharma or healthcare; 5+ years of leadership experience; deep understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes; proven ability to translate analytics into business outcomes; expertise in optimization, AI/ML, and operations research.
