Director, IMSC Decision Science

Role: Director of Decision Science within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, leading digital transformation and analytics innovation. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategy for decision science capabilities; lead a team of over 10 data scientists and managers specializing in optimization, AI/ML, and digital twin technologies; collaborate across supply chain functions and with digital/IT leaders; establish model standards, governance, and scalable digital products; stay abreast of industry trends and drive technical innovation; foster talent development and represent J&J in external forums. Requirements: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Math; 10+ years in supply chain, analytics, or decision science within regulated industries; 5+ years leadership experience; deep understanding of pharma supply chain processes; proven ability to translate analytics into business outcomes; expertise in optimization, ML, AI, and operations research; excellent communication skills.
