Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial planning: value propositions, potential positioning, early lifecycle planning, revenue/cost forecasting.
- Lead commercial evaluations of additional indications across patient populations/sub-populations.
- Design and shape clinical/medical evidence generation plans with R&D.
- Participate in cross-functional governance meetings (go to Phase 2/3 milestones).
- Partner with PCS Insights and market research to develop/validate value propositions via HCP and patient engagement.
- Lead discussions with key opinion leaders to inform development and commercialization.
- Develop presentations for senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to support development plans.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; MBA or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical pipeline experience; marketing experience with an on-market product preferred.
- Psychiatry-focused experience strongly preferred, including experience across indications (e.g., MDD, BP, Schizophrenia, PTSD, GAD) and familiarity with interventional psychiatry agents within depression.
- Detailed understanding of pharmaceutical product development; experience creating product/indication development plans with R&D.
- Strong analytical and strategic marketing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead without authority; strategic storyteller; track record of ascending responsibility.

- Self-starter; learns fast; intellectual curiosity; open to suggestion/experimentation.
