Market Access
Responsibilities:
- Drive Market Access and pricing strategy for inline and pipeline Eye Care products across all payer channels (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA), including retail, specialty, physician-administered, and procedural products.
- Own buy/bill and Part B knowledge (FFS MACs, Medicare Advantage), billing/coding; leverage data/analytics to drive payer access and inform LRP/Plan/LBE forecasts.
- Orchestrate alignment across US Market Access channel teams, Legal, HEOR, and Medical; serve as subject matter expert for the Eye Care Integrated Brand Team (three IBTs).
- Lead launch of SuraVec gene therapy (pricing, distribution, payer access) and act as Market Access alliance lead with RegenexBio.
- Develop payer positioning/pricing for multiple Eye Care brands; formulate/adjust market access business plans and actions.
- Lead payer value propositions with HEOR/RWE; monitor government and payer policy impacting access.
- Coordinate strategic alignment across Market Access leadership, brand teams, account management, HEOR, MOSL, reimbursement advisors, MABI, Finance, Sales, and Government Affairs/Advocacy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated team leadership.
- Market Access/Marketing experience preferred; strong knowledge of Health Economics and Real World Evidence.
- Customer-centric; strong communication; demonstrated cross-functional experience.
- Reimbursement and payer environment knowledge; experience across multiple channels/modality (buy & bill, retail, specialty, institutional, government).
