Role Summary
Director IBP Lead - US is responsible for driving the integration and optimization of end-to-end Integrated Business Planning processes across Demand Planning, Inventory, Supply Planning, Procurement, Costing, Workforce Cost Planning, and Financial Planning. The role supports the establishment of the IBP Supply to COGS and Quarterly Costing Global Solution, collaborating with the Program team, US market, and site teams to engage stakeholders and ensure local teams are integrated. It also supports the IBP US Transformation across all workstreams to improve operational efficiency and financial performance in the US.
Responsibilities
- Support the US Region in embedding the Demand to Revenue IBP ways of working in accordance with the global blueprint, ensuring market functions are integrating their processes as expected and positioned to advance the D2R transformation and program objectives
- Support the transformation of the US regional integrated Demand Review and S&OP, improving visibility into working assumptions and increasing shared risk-taking across functions to support better business decisions
- Support the S2CQ Global Solution deployment, ensuring new processes and systems meet business needs and align with IBP program objectives and D2R solution
- Drive S2CQ change management in the US, collaborating with global, regional, and local functions to adopt the new solution and ways of working per the global blueprint
- Support the deployment of Workforce Cost Planning, Long Range Planning, and Annual Operating Plan, connecting regional and local stakeholders for successful implementation
- Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with the US market and wave 1 sites, and strengthen engagement across regional functions, wave 1 sites, and US market to reflect and address regional needs
- Engage with Global Business Owners, IBP GBS Desk, and IT owners to streamline planning operations and ensure effective system support
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks, drive resolution plans, and establish task forces as needed
- Flag key challenges and risks to streamline design and transformation discussions and ensure alignment and resolution of bottlenecks
- Advance AI/ML analytics to support forecasting transformation and data-driven insights, addressing challenges across the IBP Program
- Support transformation KPIs and break down complex tasks, establishing frameworks and cadences to promote engagement and successful IBP adoption
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong understanding and experience in integrated business planning, supply chain management, and financial management
- Excellent communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to drive vision, connect diverse teams around common goals, and establish value-driven task forces; skilled at crafting change narratives and fostering adoption across complex environments
- Strong leadership and project management skills with experience leading cross-functional matrix teams
- Proven track record in change management, communications strategy, and transformation management in global enterprise organizations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
