Role Summary
Alnylam is seeking a progressive, dynamic, business-focused HR Business Partner to support several Commercial leaders and their teams. Reporting to the VP HR, Commercial, this HR Business Partner will play a key role in delivering on the people and organizational strategy within the Commercial organization. This is an exciting time to join Alnylam in its mission to bring a new class of medicines to market as part of a well-respected and highly effective HR team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to drive business results and evolve the organization in a sustainable and effective way
- Shape and execute robust people and culture strategies and support our Company wide transformation
- Improve leadership and team effectiveness
- Drive organization development and design
- In partnership with Talent Acquisition, develop workforce plans to recruit top talent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10 yearsβ experience in HR, including senior level HR Business Partner roles, required. Experience in HR Centers of Excellence (i.e., Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Employee Relations) preferred
- Successful track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a global and fully integrated Company
- Experience in life sciences required
