Position Summary:
- Director, HR Business Partnering (Sales) provides strategic and operational HR leadership to Carisโ€™ sales organization, aligning people strategies to business objectives, enabling revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as trusted HR advisor to senior sales leaders; align HR strategy with commercial objectives and growth targets.
- Provide front-line HR support (employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness).
- Lead, coach, and develop HR Business Partners across sales segments and regions.
- Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent acquisition for rapid scaling.
- Drive talent management (performance reviews, succession planning, leadership development).
- Collaborate with Total Rewards on sales compensation structures, incentive plans, and performance programs.
- Lead change management for growth, restructuring, and transformation.
- Use HR data/analytics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Ensure consistent HR policy/practice application and compliance.
- Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture supporting engagement and retention.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR or Business Administration, or 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
- 5+ years of HR experience supporting sales/commercial organizations.
- Experience managing and developing HR Business Partner teams.
- Demonstrated employee relations, organizational design, and change management experience.
- Strong sales environment business acumen (metrics/incentives).
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in fast-paced growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic business Internet use.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare/biotech/life sciences experience.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed sales teams.
- HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
