Role: Lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of Eikonβs High-Throughput Biology (HTB) platforms, overseeing assay development, screening execution, and data quality to support drug discovery programs. Responsibilities: establish standards for assay robustness and platform reliability; lead cross-functional collaborations at the assay-to-screening interface; optimize team resourcing; integrate biology, automation, and data analytics into a cohesive screening engine; develop and mentor a high-performing team; shape assay strategies, automation workflows, and data processing methods; implement scalable, documented practices for continuity. Qualifications: PhD in Biological or Computational Sciences with 10+ years in high-throughput or high-content screening environments; expertise with automated platforms, large compound libraries (>100k), microscopy-based or imaging screening, and genetic screens; proficiency in statistical analysis, Python, data pipelines, and enterprise data systems; proven cross-functional leadership. High-Value: experience in drug discovery from hit to lead optimization, familiarity with single-molecule imaging, AI/ML applications in phenotypic screening, and building hybrid biology-computational teams preferred.
