Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and conduct of HEOR projects and effectively communicate findings and strategic impact to internal and external audiences.
- Provide product leadership for HEOR strategic direction aligned with business goals in partnership with appropriate cross-functional teams.
- Ensure project plans integrate with product strategic plans from matrix teams and commercial interests; provide execution updates to product and functional management; own and share key execution decisions; liaise with product team members to generate ideas and build buy-in.
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of the HEOR book of work under your remit (from strategy development to content pull-through).
- Ensure strong partnership with relevant HEOR COE functions so the HEOR voice is represented in cross-functional meetings.
- Maintain executive presence and engage senior leaders in cross-functional settings.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline.
- Minimum experience: 7+ years with a Master’s (or 5+ years with a PhD; fellowship experience may be included). Professional training in a health field (MD, PharmD, etc.) is a plus.
- Preferred: PhD in Economics, Econometrics, or (pharmaco)epidemiology (or related) with 3 years of relevant experience; clinical research experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred). Experience leading complex products and/or clinical development for pipeline/on-market support.
- Typically 3+ years of clinical development experience in pharma, CRO, academia, or health-related consulting, with expert knowledge in a relevant therapeutic specialty.
- Proven cross-functional leadership in a global team environment; ability to interact internally and externally to support global business strategy.
- Ability to direct compliance in complex rules/regulations environments.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to inter-/intra-project priority conflicts, resource constraints, and multi-program delivery challenges.
- High goal-orientation and solution-focused mindset through the ups and downs of drug development/on-market support.
- Extensive knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscape and understanding of other development-related functions across all phases of drug development.
- Skills to both lead cross-functional teams and manage scientific personnel; ability to act as HEOR project/group champion and spokesperson; self-starter with strong desire to drive commercial success.
