Purpose:
Director for Aesthetics & Regenerative Medicine HEOR-Strategy to lead strategic research for pipeline and on-market products, supporting approval, reimbursement, and differentiation. Responsibilities span cash-pay and reimbursed portfolios. May manage 1–2 direct reports.

Responsibilities:
- Lead patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) and collaborate on co-primary/secondary PRO endpoints required for global approval.
- Lead PRO strategy, PRO development/implementation, and global regulatory submissions for drug/device approvals.
- Develop and execute HEOR strategies (real-world evidence, economic modeling, payer dossiers) to support approval, market access, reimbursement, and differentiation.
- Develop strategic plans and budgets with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with HEOR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to maintain a unified cross-functional HEOR presence.
- Design, execute, and communicate HEOR findings at congresses and in peer-reviewed journals.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and engage senior leaders and external KOLs.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline.
- 7+ years experience with Master’s; 5+ years with PhD (fellowship may count). Health-field training (MD/PharmD) is a plus.
- Preferred: PhD in Economics/Econometrics/(pharmaco)epidemiology with 3+ relevant years; clinical research experience strongly recommended (pharma preferred).
- Typically 3+ years clinical development experience (pharma/CRO/academia/health consulting) with therapeutic area expertise.
- Proven cross-functional global leadership; ability to direct complex/regulatory environments; creative problem-solving under constraints.
- Extensive knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscape.
- Ability to lead teams and manage scientific personnel; self-starter with commercial success mindset.
