Purpose:
Director, Aesthetics & Regenerative Medicine HEOR-Strategy to lead strategic research for pipeline and on-market products, supporting approval, reimbursement, and differentiation (may manage 1–2 direct reports).

Responsibilities:
- Lead patient centered outcomes research (PCOR); partner with clinical development on co-primary and secondary PRO endpoints for global approval.
- Lead PRO strategy, PRO development/implementation, and global regulatory submissions for drugs and devices.
- Develop/execute HEOR strategy plans (real-world evidence, economic modeling, payer dossier) to support approval, market access, reimbursement, and differentiation.
- Create strategic plans and budgets with cross-functional stakeholders aligned to portfolio priorities.
- Partner with HEOR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to maintain a unified HEOR presence.
- Design/execute HEOR projects and communicate findings at congresses and in peer-reviewed journals.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and engage senior leaders; represent HEOR with external KOLs.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in health economics or related field.
- 7+ years (Master’s) or 5+ years (PhD, incl. fellowship); health-field training (MD/PharmD) is a plus.
- Preferred: PhD in Economics/Econometrics/(pharmaco)epidemiology with 3+ relevant years; clinical research experience strongly recommended (industry preferred).
- Typically 3+ years clinical development experience (pharma, CRO, academia, or consulting) with therapeutic specialty expertise.
- Proven cross-functional global leadership; ability to navigate complex regulatory/HTA/PR&A environments.
- Creative problem-solving; dual capability to lead teams and manage scientific personnel; self-starter.
