Major Responsibilities:
- Represent the HEOR team in Medical Strategy Teams to develop medical and HEOR strategies that demonstrate product value to payers, clinical decision-makers, and patients.
- Proactively generate and communicate evidence to optimize patient access and product value in the US market.
- Provide medical leadership through strategic alignment and propose impactful ideas in cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple HEOR projects, budgets, and external/internal partners with scientific rigor and stakeholder alignment.
- Build external partnerships at institutional and individual levels.
- Communicate impactful research to diverse audiences.
- Publish and present research at scientific conferences and forums.
- Business partnering with internal stakeholders to shape research partnerships and disseminate HEOR findings for SOCs and payers.
- AI fluency & digital enablement: use AI tools to streamline tasks, generate content, and support decision-making.

Essential Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or doctorate) in health economics, statistics, epidemiology, health policy, or related field.
- 8+ years in pharma/healthcare, preferably health economics, market access, or related.
- Substantial experience shaping HEOR/RWE strategy and hands-on execution for inline and pipeline products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute cross-functional teams.
- Expert knowledge of Health Economics, Outcomes Research, and Real-World Evidence (study design, methodologies, modeling, data sources, analyses).
- Deep knowledge of US healthcare financing/delivery, US payer environment, trends, and competitive landscape.

Preferred Requirements:
- PhD or PharmD with strong focus in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related.
- Experience partnering with external organizations (e.g., SOCs, payers, universities, value assessors, regulatory agencies).

Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary expected to range from $185,500 to $344,500 per year; performance-based cash incentive; potential eligibility for annual equity awards; comprehensive benefits and time off for US-based eligible employees.
