About The Role:
As Director, Head of Quality Operations, you will lead Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics Quality (CPMQ) transformation, digitalization, and AI adoption to strengthen capabilities, processes, and culture across R&D and Global Quality.
How You Will Contribute:
- Partner with CPMQ leadership to develop and evolve CPMQ strategy and capabilities.
- Lead transformation initiatives for operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the CPMQ portfolio of cross-functional initiatives (alignment, execution, risk management, delivery).
- Drive governance via performance management, metrics, leadership reviews, planning, and reporting.
- Establish KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement digital/automation/analytics/AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead change management (communications, stakeholder engagement, adoption, leadership alignment).
- Provide budget and workforce planning leadership; manage resource allocation and capacity.
- Lead CPMQ Operations and Administration (knowledge management, planning, leadership team operations).
- Build a future-ready organization through leadership development and talent strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years progressive leadership in pharma/biotech/healthcare or complex global organizations.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation and strategic, cross-functional program portfolios.
- Budget/financial planning and resource/workforce/investment management experience.
- Digital transformation experience (automation, data analytics, AI-enabled solutions).
- Excellent communication; strong strategic thinking and stakeholder influence; fluency in written/spoken English.
Compensation and Benefits (summary):
- U.S. base salary range (Boston, MA): $177,000โ$278,080.
- May include incentives and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, well-being benefits, up to 80 hours sick time, and up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.
