Director, Head of Predictive Modeling & Biopharmaceutics

Role: Lead scientific and strategic direction for predictive modeling and biopharmaceutics within drug product development, focusing on oral dosage forms. Responsibilities: develop and execute modeling strategies supporting formulation design, bioavailability, and product performance; oversee biopharmaceutics data interpretation; influence regulatory submissions with modeling justifications; build and lead a high-performing team; establish standards and best practices; drive innovation to enhance development efficiency and risk mitigation. Requirements: PhD or Master’s in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, mathematics, or engineering with 8-18+ years of industry experience; deep expertise in PBPK/PBBM, absorption, dissolution, IVIVC/IVIVR, and biopharmaceutics; proven leadership in drug development, regulatory support, and cross-functional collaboration; strong communication and decision-making skills.
