Role: Head of Patient Recruitment and Retention, Americas within Global Clinical Operations, responsible for designing and executing region-specific strategies to enroll and retain patients in oncology clinical trials. Responsibilities: develop recruitment strategies aligned with portfolio priorities, partner with clinical teams to embed patient-centric design, oversee multi-channel recruitment and retention programs, manage external vendor and advocacy partnerships, and leverage data analytics for continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in scientific, medical, or healthcare discipline; minimum 10 years of experience in feasibility, clinical trial management, or operations, with proven success in oncology recruitment; strong relationships with patient advocacy groups and vendors; expertise in data analysis and digital engagement tools. Preferred qualifications include experience with decentralized trials, AI-driven recruitment, and budget management.
