Director, Head of IT – Data, Analytics, Information Management, Automation & AI

Role: Lead enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI transformation for a global life sciences organization, supporting R&D, commercial, and operations functions. Responsibilities: define and execute multi-year data strategy; establish governed data foundations, reusable data products, and enterprise data marketplace; drive adoption of AI and GenAI solutions; oversee data governance, quality, and compliance; manage stakeholder relationships; and lead cross-functional teams in technology and process improvements. Requirements: 15+ years in enterprise data, analytics, automation, AI, with hands-on technical expertise; proven leadership managing teams of architects, engineers, and analysts; experience in enterprise transformation, data governance, and industry best practices. Preferred: background in life sciences/pharma, familiarity with platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, MLOps tools, and responsible AI frameworks; strong financial management skills.
