Key Responsibilities
- Own the HCP marketing strategy and execution aligned to brand objectives and customer insights
- Translate clinical data into compelling, compliant narratives for priority HCP segments
- Serve as a strategic thought partner on brand direction, investment decisions, and performance optimization
- Lead field force strategy and execution, including field sales messaging
- Support omnichannel HCP campaigns across personal promotion (sales force, speaker programs) and non-personal promotion (digital, CRM, email, paid media, congress)
- Partner with Sales leadership to optimize field tools, messaging, and deployment for top-tier targets
- Oversee congress strategy and execution (booth presence, symposia, pre-/post-meeting engagement)
- Ensure integration of HCP marketing with patient and payer strategies where appropriate
- Use market research, analytics, and real-world insights to refine segmentation, targeting, and messaging
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure HCP initiative effectiveness and enable agile optimization
- Drive a test-and-learn approach to improve engagement, message pull-through, and ROI
- Work closely with Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance to deliver timely, compliant materials
People & Agency Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports
- Manage agency partners to ensure strategic alignment, quality, and on-time delivery
- Foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelorβs degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience with significant HCP marketing leadership
- Proven experience leading brand strategy and omnichannel execution in a regulated environment
- Experience coaching and mentoring direct reports
- Strong understanding of HCP engagement, sales force dynamics, and non-personal promotion
- Demonstrated ability to translate clinical data into impactful marketing strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Annual base salary: $225,000 - $245,00 (actual salary may vary by qualifications/skills; some roles may include car/car allowance and commissions/bonus).
