Responsibilities
- Lead the design of an integrated, personalized engagement strategy for HCPs across multiple segments and channels to drive brand adoption in plaque psoriasis (PsO).
- Develop omnichannel strategy, creative, and execution plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with the plaque psoriasis (PsO) director of HCP marketing to align brand strategy and execution.
- Lead omnichannel strategic leadership, including insight-driven experiences across digital and in-person channels.
- Utilize market research and field data to build HCP journey maps and improve customer experience across channels.
- Develop omnichannel measurement strategy to quantify impact of tactics on HCP behavior across channels.
- Collaborate with HCP marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Consumer Marketing, HCP Engagement Marketing, Market Access, and other stakeholders.
- Manage omnichannel promotional budgets (OPEX) and agency partners.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years marketing experience; previous sales/marketing experience required.
- Experience developing and executing omnichannel strategies.
- Knowledge of regulations/standards affecting pharmaceutical products.
- 3+ years management experience leading field and/or marketing teams.
Preferred
- New product launch experience.
- Track record supporting product launches via integrated marketing.
- Commercial experience in dermatology or immunology.
