Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HCP brand strategies (positioning and messaging), lead launch readiness review, and lifecycle management for Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA).
- Partner with the plaque psoriasis (PsO) director to align cross-indication brand strategies and execution.
- Lead creation of promotional materials (in-office and digital) for a seamless HCP experience for PsA.
- Use market research and field data to identify HCP barriers and refine strategies to increase brand adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Consumer Marketing, HCP Engagement Marketing, Market Access, and other stakeholders to align brand strategies and initiatives.
- Manage promotional budgets (OPEX) and direct agency partners to deliver materials efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years marketing experience with previous sales/marketing experience required.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products.
- Management experience (3+ years leading field and/or marketing teams).
Preferred:
- New product launch experience.
- Commercial experience in rheumatology or immunology (asset).
